Develop targeted recruiting and sourcing strategies and implement initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Develop and lead pipeline strategies such as JPA’s intern program, alumni network and employee referral program.

Data Analysis and Reporting. Use recruitment metrics and analytics to inform stakeholders about recruitment progress and outcomes. Use data to inform sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement in our talent acquisition efforts.

Compliance and Documentation. Stay informed about changes in the recruiting landscape that may impact legal and regulatory compliance and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview notes, recruitment progress and outcomes.

Systems, Tools and Vendors. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of our new Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Greenhouse. Select and manage relationships with third-party recruitment agencies, job boards and other relevant vendors.

Process and Candidate Experience.
