Our Story

Established in 2007 by Carrie Jones as Jones Public Affairs, JPA Health has risen to prominence as a leading marketing and communication agency.

In 2023 and 2024, JPA Health significantly expanded its capabilities through three strategic acquisitions: BioCentric, a medical communications firm located in Philadelphia; True North Solutions, an AI-driven strategic consultancy based in Cambridge, Massachusetts; and akt health, a UK and EU healthcare communication consultancy in central London. These acquisitions have enriched JPA Health’s talent pool, enhancing its ability to deliver comprehensive, cutting-edge solutions tailored to the evolving needs of clients across the health sector.

Today, JPA is recognized for its distinctive model, which involves creating bespoke teams of specialists for each client, thereby ensuring tailored solutions. Carrie, serving as CEO, remains a pivotal figure in the health industry, acclaimed for her innovative, effective strategies and her talent for assembling diverse talent.
