- Support day-to-day account work on various health communications, marketing, and advocacy projects, which may include: maintaining media database, coordinating events, managing travel logistics, coordinating timelines, drafting results reports, etc.
- Material development, including drafting a wide range of written materials, including memos, blogs, newsletters and reports
- Monitoring and analyzing media coverage and other relevant communications, marketing, and advocacy vehicles for clients
- Office administrative support, as needed
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Prior agency or internship experience: (0 – 1 years)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, flexibility and professional manner
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, manage several tasks simultaneously and work both independently and as a team
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Be detail oriented, demonstrate critical thinking, and possess a passion for healthcare communications
