Junior Analyst (Full-time)

JPA Health is seeking a dedicated Junior Analyst to join its Research & Insights team. The ideal candidate should have an interest in quantitative research and statistical analysis, as well as strong project management and communication skills. To be successful in this role, you will be a dependable team player with initiative, a strong work ethic, and passion for client satisfaction.

As the Junior Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:


  • Gather and interpret data to develop actionable research findings for health-focused government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and life sciences companies
  • Leverage existing proprietary analytics tools (such as our GRETEL influencer analysis platform) to identify audiences, influencers and messages resonating with audiences on social media
  • Support project management, coordination with key internal and external stakeholders, and execution of quantitative or multi-method research efforts
  • Generate ongoing report updates to measure the impact of communications programs and messages within key healthcare audiences
  • Assist in the development of measurement frameworks and report templates


  • Ability to perform basic queries and analysis of data
  • Interest in quantitative research, analytics, or statistics
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools like SQL, NodeXL, SPSS, SAS, are preferred
  • Experience in health research, marketing, advocacy, or policy is a huge plus!
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, flexibility, and professional manner
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, manage several tasks simultaneously and work both independently and as a team
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Be detail oriented, demonstrate critical thinking, and possess a passion for healthcare communications
